The entry fee is £10.00 per person.   A handicap index limit of 12.4 applies.

Please complete the form fully for all players - every player's CDH number is needed to enable us to manage the event through Heyham GC's competitions system.

We will acknowledge your entry within 2 days and email you a request for online payment. 

 Your booking will only be fully confirmed once payment has been received.
