The entry fee is £20.00 per person

Please complete the form fully for all players - every player's CDH number and current handicap index (HI) is needed to enable us to finalise entries and manage the event through Heysham GC's competitions system.

We will acknowledge your entry within 2 days and email you a request for online payment.

By submitting a booking you agree to the League's terms and conditions
  The booking is only confirmed once payment has been received
