2026 Knockouts Entry Form

Please complete the following form to enter either the Singles or Doubles Knockout.

The League's Handicap Index limit of 12.4 applies to both Knockout competitions. Open to male members of the Lunesdale League Clubs, with a minimum age limit of 17.

Entry fees are £5.00 for the Singles, £10 per pair for the Doubles.  We will email to confirm your entry and request payment.

Entries will close on Monday, 23rd March 2026 and the first round draws will be made and posted later that week.
