An excellent end to the LGL season with the Team Classic and Prize Presentation held at Morecambe Golf Club on Saturday, 8th October 2022.

On a dry and breezy day, with the course softened by recent rain, scoring proved tough, with home side Morecambe being the eventual winners, again adding the Team Classic shield to the League Trophy they secured in August.  Silverdale came close runners-up just three points behind and Kirkby Lonsdale another 2 points adrift.  A special mention for Kirkby Lonsdale's Gareth Parry for returning 41 individual points on a day when the average counting score was under 30.

Congratulations again to Morecambe Team Captain Mike Huntington (shown below receiving the Team Classic Shield from Morecambe Club Captain Mike Carney) and all the MGC players on another exceptional season.
